The End Is Here

Today, I will tell you about a book called The White Mountains by John Christopher. I will talk about one character (Will) who has changed during a journey. First, before the journey, he was a quite boy. But at the journey, he changed. He became really brave. I though that he was brave when he met a guy called Beanpole and was going to go out from the jail. If you get caught you could have got killed. But he went out safely. Also the other is when he was at the castle and he decided to let Henry and Beanpole go first and he will follow up. I think it was kind of brave because if you let them go, you could be capped at the castle and also when he was going to Henry and Beanpole. Also, he was really brave when he met a tripod and he had to fight with him. HE fight until the end. He got grabbed but he throw the graynate and threw it to the Tripod. I think this was also really brave because if i was will at that moment, I would have just be capped because I would not die. I'll rather be a slave.

Freedom!!!

Freedom is really important to our live because if we don't have freedom, we would be like slaves that listen to others and be controlled like a robot. When you have freedom, you would do anything you like and you will be really happy. In chapter 6 (The Castle with the Red Tower) I will tell you about some non-freedom. It's when Eloise said that she is really happy to be capped and serve the Tripods. I think that is the stupidest idea i had ever heard because who in the world want to be like slaves and serve others. And Will is having a hard time understanding Eloise and other castle look forward to be capped to make them a princess or a queen. Then, Will leaves the castle and continue his mission to the White Mountain with Henry and Beanpole. It's just that some people have the gift of freedom but they just throw away the opportunity. Too bad. If you get a opportunity of freedom, never give it away, have that opportunity and have some freedom!!!

Power of Void (Band Homework)

Good morning class, / I have some important news. / Next week's holiday is / unfortunately cancelled. Also, little Jimmy, / I spoke to your father on the phone / about your grade / and he told me to tell you that / he would speak with you when you get home. I'd also like to had your / assignment from last class. The class average was / D- and most of you earned an NP.
Just a reminder / Connie will be serving / mushroom soup and liver pie for lunch today. One piece of good news though, / I will be / leaving the school after this class because / I won the lottery. Your new teacher will be / Mr. Grumpypants. Your next playing test will count for / 100% of your grade and / will be done in the / cafeteria / tomorrow at lunch. Now, let's get started on today's lesson.

Christmas

I celebrate Christmas because I am an christian. I really like Christmas because you get some presents from your friends or your family. You also get to send Christmas cards sometimes and it is really cool. You also don't go to school, HURRAY!!! I also like Christmas because you get to see snow, make snowman, and also play snow fight (not in Malaysia). Christmas is the best thing to celebrate in my life.

During the last Christmas, I really thought about my hometown because in Korea (my hometown) it will probably snowing right that time but not in Malaysia (were I am living right now). At Christmas i didn't went anywhere. I just stayed home watching TV and playing computer games. But suddenly my dad came in and gave me a present. I was so happy. I slowly opened the present. It was a iPhone!!! I thought that it was a dream because he said he will never buy iPhone for me because he thought that i will only play with the iPhone and not study. That was the most unforgettable Christmas present.

The next day, my mom bought me a pair of soccer shoes. It wasn't as good as the iPhone but I still liked it. It was from Nike. It was black and with some blue and white color. Also we went to KLCC I wore the shoe that my mom bought and brought the iPhone that my dad bought to KLCC. We were shopping and suddenly my dad said "Should we buy Chris a watch? He only has broken ones." "Isn't that too much for ... well never mind. We should buy him one." So i bought another watch. This was from my mom and dad. The watch was from G-SHOCK. I was black and with some red color. I also really liked that one. So I also gave my parents a Christmas present. I gave them each $100. They liked it so I was glad.

For Christmas, I got 3 presents. 1 from my dad (iPhone), 1 from my mom (shoe), and lastly from my parents (watch). I was kind of sorry for my parents because I only gave them $100 each but they gave me 3 presents. So i decided to myself that for the next Christmas I will give them lots of presents.

Goals for the New Year

I have two goals for the New Year and the next 6 months of schools. They are concentrating in class and also cooperating with your classmates. I will to these things better and better as I become older.

Firstly if I want to concentrate in the classroom, I think I have to not sit with my best friends so I wouldn’t talk with them and I can concentrate in class. Also I have to be more careful not to think about anything else like your girlfriend, games, new cell phone, and so on. If you think about those stuffs, you with probably not be concentrated in class. I will also never get up from my sit under the class is over unless the teacher calls me. This is my ways to be concentrated in the classroom.

Secondly, I want to cooperate with my classmates. If I want to cooperate I think I have to listen to my classmates’ idea. Not only talking about my idea and don’t let them talk. I will respect their ideas and their opinions. I will also have to be kind to my classmates so they will not kick me out from the group or ignore me. I will not ignore them so that they don’t feel lonely or left out. These are my ways to cooperate with my classmates.

Even though there are only two things I have to achieve, these are really a big thing for me. And so it is only two, I put every effort on this goal. I will do my best in achieving these goals this year.
